FREE phone consultation
We have a brief 10 minute phone call so I can hear about your disability claim.
If we decide we can work together, you pay 25% of the total assessment fee in order to reserve your time.
I will email you, requesting that you send documents to review before our meeting. Examples: DD214, Personal Statement.
90 minute Assessment, Virtually
During our 90 minutes I will review your documents, and ask questions regarding your experiences and their impact on your daily functioning. I will let you know at the end of the appointment whether I can provide you with a medical opinion.
I will send your report and medical opinion to you within 48 hours of our meeting.
