Free Consultation & First Steps

Schedule a free 10-minute phone consultation to discuss your needs and determine how I can assist you. If you decide you want to move forward with scheduling, 30% of the total evaluation fee is required to secure your appointment time. This is non-refundable.

Virtual Evaluation

We will meet virtually for up to 90 minutes. You will provide me with information regarding your stressor. I will evaluate your mental health symptoms and provide a DSM V diagnosis and nexus. If during the meeting I determine that I can not provide a nexus statement you are not responsible for the remainder of my fee.

I will provide you with a written evaluation detailing your stressor, related mental health symptoms, nexus and medical opinion. This report is yours to assist in your claims process. It will be released to you, electronically within 48 hours.
